Doksa.io is an advanced AI-powered research platform designed for academic researchers, offering two main capabilities:

Monthly Subscriptions
Get credits each month with smart rollover. Unused credits carry forward, capped at 60-80% of your monthly amount depending on tier. Subscriptions run for a minimum of 3 months; after that you can cancel monthly. Unused subscription credits lapse when the subscription ends.
One-Time Credit Packs
Purchase credits that never expire. Use them whenever you need, no commitment required.

- Pay for actual use: Charged only for what you use, unused estimates refunded
- No hidden fees: Transparent per-credit pricing. The pre-run figure is an estimate; you are charged for actual usage and any unused reservation is refunded

Privacy-First Approach
Your research data belongs to you. We follow a strict data minimization policy:
- Source documents deleted promptly - After we extract text and complete the analysis, your original files are deleted from our servers. Files from failed or abandoned analyses are deleted within 48 hours
- Results kept for 30 days - Analysis results are available for you to review and export, then automatically deleted
- No training on your data - Your documents are NOT used to train AI models
How Analysis Works

- • All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
- • We process personal data in line with GDPR
- • Our AI service provider processes data on our behalf as a data processor under a signed GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement (see our Privacy Policy)
- • Doksa.io primary infrastructure (app, database, file storage) hosted in EU data centers; some sub-processors may process limited data outside the EU, see our Privacy Policy for details on transfer safeguards

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results
