About Doksa
Doksa.io is a web platform for academic researchers, built and operated by NordAIConsult AS in Norway. It does the systematic part of analysing literature and interview data, and leaves every judgment call to the researcher.
What does Doksa do?
Doksa has two services.
Literature Analysis
You upload a library of papers or reports. Doksa scores and summarises every document against your research question and returns a ranked, structured evidence table, with charts and exports.
Qualitative Coding
You upload interview transcripts or field notes. Doksa codes them in three cycles and returns a codebook in which every code is traced to the quotes that support it.
The methods behind both are documented on the Methodology page.
Who is Doksa for?
PhD students
Academic staff
Research teams
Mainly in the social sciences, education, health, business and the humanities. Doksa suits anyone who has to screen a large set of papers for a review, or code qualitative data and defend how it was coded.
How is research data handled?
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Not used for training
Your documents are not used to train AI models.
Hosted in the EU
Our primary infrastructure (application servers, database, file storage) is hosted in the EU.
Some sub-processors, such as AI processing and transactional email delivery, may process limited data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
